We automated electric-arc spraying with a special developed plant. Like that we can faster spray series of workpieces for you with an even coating without clouding effect. You can leave the programming of the robot up to us. We can offer higher quality as with hand spraying possible.

Workpieces are hold by the robot and moved to the spray head. Up to 5kg can be hendeld.
Workpieces up to max. 2m diameter, are fixed on a turnable disc.
The spray head is lead by the robot (6-axis).
